Children using the equipment must be supervised at all times by parent/guardian.
Children who are unwell must not use the facilities.
Height and age restrictions are there for the safety of all children. The management operate a strict policy.
Children must remove their shoes before playing on any of the equipment.
Socks must be worn at all times while in the play facility for hygiene reasons.
Children must not take food, drink, sweets or chewing gum into any of the play areas.
Only plastic glasses/bottles are allowed on the premises and must be kept in the dining areas and are not to be taken into the play areas at any time.
Smoking is not permitted.
All valuables and sharp objects must be removed from children before entering the play area i.e. Jewellery, watches, money, buckles, pens etc...Personal items must be left with parents/guardians.
We cannot accept liability for lost or stolen property.
We recommend that children wear long sleeves and trousers, clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn in the play area.
Children should not play in front of the slides or climb up the slides.
Balls or any other objects must not be thrown on the premises.
Report all accidents to a member of staff, to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance and log the incident where needed for safety audits.
Any damage to Little Legz property either accidental or deliberate must be reported for the safety of other children.
Maximum of 2 hours play at peak times.
Only food purchased on the premises may be consumed for Health and Safety reasons.
Report any behavioural concerns to a member of Little Legz staff, do not attempt to intervene.
Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play areas for hygiene reasons.
Children should not climb on any net walls or the structure systems.
Children must not fight or bully any other children, it will not be tolerated and we may ask you to leave, you are responsible for the behaviour of your children at all times.
Parents must sign in and out of the premises.
For child protection reasons CCTV will operate in the entrance only monitoring people entering the premises and leaving the premises. CCTV will also monitor the car park, however, we accept no liability for vehicles parked in the car park.
CCTV will operate and record 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
